Seattle’s Beauty

Not really sure what the beauty is… but there is a beauty.

Something that makes me want to stand there and take it all in. Something much better painted or in a real photo, and maybe something I should have left for myself, in my own head.

But I can’t help but share. The grey scale of the city coming to life with a little bit of sunshine. The golden light reflecting off the vast and endless windows of the sky scrapers. The traffic that you see, but are so thankfully are Not a part of.

There is a beauty of this city. Maybe its the trees that change constantly between seasons and stand proudly between building despite their fallen leaves. Maybe its the people walking even during the drizzle. Or all the happy faces and active bodies you see fill the street and the happy hour patios when any hit of sun comes from behind the clouds! Maybe its the shirtless runner when its still only 60 degrees. Maybe there is no explanation, but there is a Beauty. A Beauty that, sometimes just makes you want to stand there and take it all in, or share it with the person next to you.
